Henry Hagendorf specializes in the marketing and sale of office and medical properties for financial institutions, pension funds, REIT funds, medical operators and private investors. Prior to joining Grubb & Ellis, Mr. Hagendorf served as Senior Investment Advisor for Sperry Van Ness, where he was honored as a member of the President’s Circle of Top Producers. During 2007 and 2008, Henry represented clients in the marketing and disposition of office and medical properties valued in excess of $150 million.

Prior to joining Grubb & Ellis, Beth Young, CCIM, LEED AP, founded Young Commercial, a commercial real estate brokerage firm specializing in the representation of commercial real estate investors and users, and tenants in the negotiation of office, industrial and retail leases.
Beth served as Vice President of Corporate Services for The Staubach Company from 1994 through 2002 and Director of CRESA Partners in 2003 and 2004. She represented some of Houston’s most notable companies such as Pennzoil-Quaker State, Chase Bank, AON Corporation, Clayton Foundation for Research and Expro Americas. Prior to that, she was a partner in Young Investments, a partnership that invested in Houston real estate.
