CAREER SUMMARY
Gus N. Lagos joined Grubb & Ellis in July 1998 with the Houston Investment Services Group. Gus was promoted to Vice President in 2000 and was a Grubb & Ellis “Top Ten” Producer in 2000, 2001, 2004 and 2005. Grubb & Ellis is one of the largest publicly held providers of real estate marketing services in the country, with 200 offices throughout the United States and Europe.

EXPERIENCE
Gus has more than 18 years of commercial real estate experience with over 100 closed transactions totaling in excess of $130 million . Prior to joining Grubb & Ellis, Gus worked for Ellis Antone & Company, Realtors and Century 21 A-Klaus & Associates' Commercial Real Estate Division. He specialized in the sale of retail centers, and land having a retail application.
