The 96% occupied center was purchased by Dunill Partners, Inc., a Texas corporation.

Shadow-anchored by Kroger grocery, the center is comprised of a ±27,937-square foot multitenant building and a ±4,075-square foot Chase Bank ground lease.
     
The center is located at the northeast corner of League City Parkway (SH 96) and South Shore Blvd. approximately 25 miles southeast of downtown Houston.
