The 96% occupied center was purchased by River Pointe Center, LP, a Houston-based investor.

Shadow-anchored by Kroger and Incredible Pizza; 70% of the center's GLA made up of national/regional tenants.
     
The center is located at the northwest corner of I-45 and South Loop 336 West in Conroe, 40 miles north of downtown Houston.
